    Michele E. GUUURRRLLL, I almost fell out this weekend when my leg blew up again, but like my pedicurist said - YOU CAN'T GIVE UP. Not allowed. Kk!! It's not allowed. I had to look at my setback as not sleeping with bandages for two days and it was great, but we...  moreGUUURRRLLL, I almost fell out this weekend when my leg blew up again, but like my pedicurist said - YOU CAN'T GIVE UP. Not allowed. Kk!! It's not allowed. I had to look at my setback as not sleeping with bandages for two days and it was great, but we need to take care of ourselves. I am one of the few that has lymphedema in all of my limbs.

    Leeney (Ilene) Greenwell Not giving up!!! Sorry girl. I have it my legs...Too much today and home. Heat and wrapping are hot! I need to milk my legs in the press....and I started a blog!!! If you have any pointers or words of wisdom, I am eager to hear them!!!!

    Leeney (Ilene) Greenwell Feel better already. It is a great way to exit a bbq early. I think I am "hot" mummy wrapped...and yes...my legs have gone down inches already - I told my therapist I had best drop sizes! I am tired....from sitting in the press 2 hours a day, to...  moreFeel better already. It is a great way to exit a bbq early. I think I am "hot" mummy wrapped...and yes...my legs have gone down inches already - I told my therapist I had best drop sizes! I am tired....from sitting in the press 2 hours a day, to washing garments, to fighting to get them on...there has to be calories burned in all that activity!

    Michele E. I know, I know. There's a book that I picked up dealing with the emotions that lymphedema patients go through. I left it home, but will send you the name of it. I think the author is Elizabeth McMahon. What state do you live in? I am in NY.

    Leeney (Ilene) Greenwell So we do deal with emotions? If I hear someone else say "it is what it is".....to which I say yes, but it isn't your "what is." Going to wrap them for a day and then we can discuss. I am in Missouri. Would appreciate the book name!
