    Deleted Member I feel that is when I noticed the first sign of swelling is the physical therapist having me lift 40-60 lb leg lifts after arthroscopic knee surgery for a torn meniscus. The swelling turned into lymphedema, now under control. Turns out the surgeon used...  more

    Kathryn Krastin Susan, I do the water aerobics (with water weights) during the warm months and it does wonders to help my lymphedema. Started them last year in a recovery mode for my back too and healing my shoulders' range of movement which was destroyed in an auto...  more
