  I've been trying high dose D3 50,000 IU. Got a prescription from my PCP for twice a week. On those days, I have less lymphedema, I can feel more, other things, too. The other days of the week I take OTC D3 50,000 IU. Not as  effective but still better than it was. Am asking my PCP for 30 days to take one every day. Want to see how much it does. Have you tried it yet?
