THE TOP PART OF THE ARM IS ONLY AFFECTED IT VARIES IN SIZE FROM 18 1/4 TO 20 1/2 AROUND DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH I USE IT. I READ THAT I NEED A COMPRESSION SLEEVE AND ANTIBOTICS (JUST IN CASE) WHEN I GO. pLEASE ANYONE THAT HAS TRAVELED WITH THIS HORRIBLE CONDITION PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I DID GET A 1ST CLASS SEAT BECAUSE I WANT TO BE COMFORTABLE. I ONLY HAVE ABOUT 50% USE OF MY ARM BECAUSE OF ACCIDENT I CAN ONLY LIFT IT SHOULDER HIGH.

Do you have a therapist that you use? If not, then you can go to a medical supply store that carries...  moreHi Linda, I would suggest that you get a lightweight off the shelf garment, such as the Jobst Bella Strong. Are you currently wearing any compression? Do you have a therapist that you use? If not, then you can go to a medical supply store that carries garments and will measure you for proper sizing and fit. Wear the sleeve for the entire day that you are traveling for best results and comfort. Good luck and have a great trip!!!
