  Haan Julie → Staff Certified Lymphedema Therapist: Just wondering if anyone has treated a marfans patient with lymphedema?  I currently have a patient with marfans who has an active aneurysm at the left clavical and she has lymphedema of the right UE from sx to remove an aneurysm at that site.  Dr....  moreJust wondering if anyone has treated a marfans patient with lymphedema?  I currently have a patient with marfans who has an active aneurysm at the left clavical and she has lymphedema of the right UE from sx to remove an aneurysm at that site.  Dr. says it's ok to do the drainage but I am not sure the Dr. knows what MLD is...Would MLD be contraindicated in this case or should I do MLD and just direct fluid elsewear?
