The wrapping is either to tight or...  moreI am new to lymphedema.  I have it in both of my legs.  I started the wrapping and it has only been a week and I no longer want to do this.  When I wrap at home, it comes nothing close to what the therapist does. The wrapping is either to tight or falls apart.  I finally just kept it off.  I left messages for my therapist to call but have not heard anything yet.  Is there and alternative that i can use instead of wrapping i am very discouraged and no longer where the bandages.

I agree that it can be very frustrating and discouraging if you are having difficulty self wrapping, but this is a very important part of your treatment if you want to have success. There are alternative adjustable garments out there so don't be afraid to ask your therapist when you see them again. Good luck!
