She showed me how to use a roll bar for arm exercises. Laying with the foam bar under my back (long way the same direction as my spine) I could do arm exercises to loosen the tightness under my left arm. Does anyone else with upper extremity edema from breast surgery use one of these? I might want to buy one, but I was wondering if anyone here uses one. Thanks.

Staff Certified Lymphedema Therapist A foam roller is an excellent way to stretch out your chest wall and upper arms, but you can also use a folded pillow at home if you don't want to purchase a roller.
