Just found this site. "Bar fight gone bad on a Saturday night" is my usual response when someone asks about my thickly wrapped arm. Easier then explaining breast cancer, the removal of lymph nodes, lymphphatic fluid and such. Besides it gets a smile sideways and a guess if that is the truth or not. Nice to find others with the same daily annoyance of lymphe dema. Considering surviving breast cancer twice, lymphedema is just a speed bump in the road of life not a road block. I am blessed to be a 2 time survivor, riding on the wings of God's grace. Friend me and we can share our ups and downs and the humor that keeps us going.
