Emotional Well-being

  • Hey, just wanted to share with you all a book that I discovered through a place called LYMPHEDEMA PRODUCTS, LLC.  (http://www.lymphedemaproducts.com) that focuses upon the emotional well-being of a lymphedema patient, as well as family/friends/caregivers of the lymphedema patient.  I have just read a few chapters here and there (it's not necessarily designed to be read from beginning to end), but I am finding it very useful and probably every lymphedema patient needs to read this at some point in time.

Kathryn Krastin "Past events can affect your reactions to present challenges. You are more likely to have more severe or long-lasting responses to lymphedema-related trauma, if you have experienced other past traumas."
